So many people dream of various celebrities and what it would be like to date them or have full blown relationships with them. They want to be with these people in person and would love nothing more than to be noticed by them. That rarely ever happens, but think about the realities if it should.

They must be available to them, giving autographs, shaking hands, hugging and even flirting with them on occasion. It’s all part of the game. Can you see yourself being ok with sharing the one you love with tons of other people? Many times, you won’t be first on the priority list.
When celebrities star in shows, movies or plays, they may be in romantic roles where they will need to kiss or even simulate love making with their co-stars. Their job requires that they make this look as authentic as possible. Ask yourself if you would be able to easily watch your celebrity in that type of position with another person. Sure, you would know that it wasn’t real, that it was only acting. But could you take it when it looked so real?
Celebrities have to work hard to get any privacy at all. The more popular ones work A LOT. In fact, many of them work so much that they don’t have time to maintain a relationship because they’re too busy flying from location to location and studying lines. You just won’t get very much of their time or even of them. You have to be able to deal with not getting a lot of attention in a relationship with a celebrity.
Some couples do make it work. However, these are usually seasoned celebrities that know the ropes. They know the ins and outs of being in the public eye and what it takes to balance a professional life and personal one. Even for these couples, it’s hard to keep things together. So before you spend too much time yearning to have a popular celebrity in your life, consider the down side of things. Make sure that you’re someone that can stand being on the outside looking in more often than not, and that you can share your love with the rest of the world, because that’s what it takes.
